The Barcampmilwaukee3 event held over the weekend was a smashing success, and we were proud to fill Bucketworks with so many creative people. Many of them are amazing photographers so take a quick gander at the Barcampmilwaukee photo group on Flickr. Here's the staff favorite from the Robot Make n' Take session in the Fab Lab:

This was just the first in a long series of events in October. Coming up next is the Milwaukee Spotlight Student Film Festival. With more than 60 entries from across the country this year's event is going to be HUGE! We're very excited.

The next weekend will be the official Bucketworks Grand Opening. It's sort of our "coming out" party as we emerge from from the re-construction new and improved. So come and take a look around and see all the amazing work that was done entirely with donations and volunteers. We're pretty amazed ourselves.
